Refund Policy
How refunds, cancellations, shipping and returns work for digital credits, subscriptions and physical gift bundles.

Digital credits & subscriptions
- Board credits are digital items delivered instantly. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase; credits already used to generate boards are non-refundable.
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will stop at the end of the current billing period. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
- If a technical fault prevents a board from generating, contact us and we will restore the affected credits or refund them.
Physical gift bundles — shipping
- Gift bundles are dispatched to the delivery address provided at checkout.
- Estimated dispatch and delivery times are shown before you order.
- Risk passes to you on delivery; please check items on arrival.
Physical gift bundles — returns
- You may return unused gift bundles in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price, in line with UK consumer rights.
- Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Faulty or incorrect items are refunded or replaced at no cost, including return postage.
Payment status
A payment provider is not yet connected. While checkout shows payment provider pending, no payment is taken and therefore no refund is required. Once a provider is live, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
How to request a refund or return
Email support@flamehome.shop with your order reference and details. We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days and to process approved refunds within 14 days of agreement.
Your statutory rights
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law, which are not affected.
