Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Flame Home, the ambient gift studio operated by FLAME HOMEWARE LIMITED. By using the service you agree to them.

The service
Flame Home provides digital ambient decor boards, palettes and styling checklists, plus optional low-risk home gift bundles. All boards are decor inspiration for ordinary decorative goods.
Not professional advice
Flame Home does not provide fire-safety, fire-protection, heating, electrical, installation, medical, aromatherapy-health, legal, engineering or event-planning advice, and does not promise specified results. Lighting shown is flameless and decorative. You are responsible for how you use any goods you buy, including following each product's own instructions.
Accounts & credits
- You are responsible for keeping your account details secure.
- Board credits and subscriptions are for personal, non-commercial use unless agreed otherwise.
- We may suspend accounts that misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.
Payment
Pricing is shown on the pricing page. A payment provider is not yet connected; until it is, checkout displays payment provider pending and no payment is taken. When a provider is connected, payments will be handled securely by that provider.
Gift bundles
Optional gift bundles are ordinary decorative goods sold by FLAME HOMEWARE LIMITED. Availability, pricing, shipping and returns are described on the relevant pages and in the refund policy.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe others' rights.
- Do not copy, resell or misrepresent boards as professional safety guidance.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or overload the service.
Intellectual property
The Flame Home name, site design and imagery belong to FLAME HOMEWARE LIMITED. Boards you generate are for your personal use; we retain rights in the underlying templates and assets.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Flame Home is provided "as is" as an inspiration tool. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on decor inspiration. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
